BACCHANALES

Bacchanales, a fine-dining restaurant in Lyon, welcomes you for dinner with a seven-course tasting menu or only on tuesday to wednesday a five-course menu, and for lunch with a four-course menu selected from the Grand Menu.

(Its younger sibling, Cave nil Vino, has gracefully stepped aside to meet the growing need for space of its elder: the bistro is now closed.)

The restaurant is devoted to a modern cuisine of high inspiration, firmly rooted in the great tradition of French gastronomy — from the Lyonnaises mères to Escoffier, and even the illustrious Carême. The reference to Bacchus in the name is no coincidence: Bacchanales is equally dedicated to the cult of wine, offering a cellar of nearly 300 carefully selected references.

A restaurant authentically true to itself, brought to life by a team of devoted enthusiasts.
