BACCHANALES + CAVE NIL VINO

BACCHANALES, a gourmet restaurant in Lyon, and its little brother, CAVE NIL VINO, an epicurean wine bar, welcome you.

The restaurant is dedicated to a modern cuisine highly inspired by the great French culinary tradition, from the “mères lyonnaises” to Escoffier and even the great Carême.
The reference to Bacchus in the name is evident. The establishments are also devoted to the worship of wine, offering a selection of nearly 300 references. The bistro/wine bar, the House’s second restaurant, offers the Chef’s cuisine in a more affordable version, largely inspired by Lyonnaise cuisine, but also with an evident Italian touch, as the chef has roots in the south of Italy.  The bistro offers the same large selection of wines and a large choice of wines by the glass.
