A living menu, always subject to change
The menu at Les Bacchanales is never fixed. It changes every six to eight weeks, according to what arrives and what the season imposes — or allows.
The dishes may change, and that is precisely what gives the menu its value. Here, we do not repeat ourselves: we propose, we guide, we surprise.
The evening tasting menu: leave it to us.
In the evening, from Tuesday to Saturday, our tasting menu is offered in two formats: seven courses for those who wish to experience it in full, or a slightly shorter five-course version following the same progression, with the same care given to every plate.
For reasons of organisation in the kitchen — and because we believe this is how the experience makes most sense — the same menu is served to the entire table.
On Saturday evenings, only the seven-course tasting menu is served.

The lunch menu: the same standards, a different format
From Thursday to Saturday at lunchtime, we offer a four-course menu selected from the current tasting menu, using the same carefully chosen ingredients.
There is no compromise on quality: simply a format equally suited to a business lunch or to a more leisurely occasion.

Food and wine pairings: another experience in their own right
At Les Bacchanales, the food and wine pairing is, for many of our guests, an experience every bit as important as the menu itself.
The suggested wine pairing goes beyond simply providing the perfect accompaniment to the dish; it highlights wines that are somewhat forgotten, rare, or unusual. Five 8cl glasses accompany the seven-course menu, while three 10cl glasses are served with the other options. Trust us to guide you toward new discoveries and the pleasure of stepping off the beaten path. For those who prefer to make their own choices, nine wines are available by the glass at all times.
