A private space in the heart of the restaurant
On the ground floor of Les Bacchanales, the Salon is a fully private dining room designed for parties of six to 24 guests.
Set apart from the main dining room, it offers an intimate, hushed setting that remains entirely true to the character of the restaurant: the same carefully considered atmosphere, the same attention to detail, but with a freedom of conversation that a fine-dining room does not always allow.
A place apart, within a place apart.
For your party, chef Jean-Baptiste Magno serves the same menu as in the restaurant, adapted where appropriate to the occasion, while Jérôme looks after the wines and pairings.

For bottles that warrant it, we can, on request and with advance payment, prepare and open them ahead of your arrival so that they may be served in the best possible condition.
The Salon is available by advance reservation and quotation only, preferably by email or alternatively by telephone. It is always reserved in its entirety for your party.

Business lunches or dinners, family gatherings, birthdays, engagements, celebrations or an intimate dinner with friends: the Salon des Bacchanales lends itself to each occasion without sacrificing anything of the restaurant experience.
Service is every bit as attentive and professional as in the main dining room — discreet when discretion is called for, and conversational when guests welcome it.
The privacy of the Salon naturally allows for a more personal occasion, where every guest is received with the same sincerity and attention as elsewhere in the restaurant.
The same cooking, the same care
The menus served in the Salon are drawn from the current restaurant menu, using the same carefully chosen ingredients and with the same respect for the seasons.
There is no lesser menu for private parties: Jean-Baptiste Magno’s cooking is served here in full, to exactly the same standards as in the main dining room.
A food and wine pairing, composed with the same care as in the restaurant, may accompany the meal.
