The menus offered in the Salon are crafted from the current à la carte selection, featuring the same premium ingredients and respect for the seasons. There is no "second-tier" menu; Jean-Baptiste Magno’s cuisine is served in its entirety, maintaining the same exacting standards. A food and wine pairing, curated with the same care as in the main restaurant, is also available to accompany the meal.
