A dynamic, non-binding menu
The menu at Les Bacchanales is never static. It is refreshed every six to eight weeks, guided by the latest arrivals and the dictates,or possibilities,of the season. Menus may change, and that is precisely what makes them so valuable. Here, there is no mere repetition: we offer, we guide, and we surprise.

The evening tasting menu: just let yourself be guided.
In the evening, from Tuesday to Saturday, a unique tasting menu: seven touches for those who wish to live the experience in its entirety. For a slightly tighter format, the five-key menu follows the same thread, with the same care given to each plate. In both cases, for organizational reasons in the kitchen, and because this is how the experience takes on its full meaning, the same menu applies to the entire table.
- Tasting menu in 7 keys (5-course menu with appetizer and pre-dessert) – €69: food & wine pairing: 5 glasses of 8 cl – €56
- 5-key menu (3-course menu with appetizer and pre-dessert) – €59: food & wine pairing: 3 glasses of 10 cl – €35
The lunch menu: the same high standards, a different format
From Thursday to Saturday at lunch, a four-course menu selected from the current tasting menu, featuring the same premium ingredients. No compromise on quality, in a format suited to a business lunch or a more intimate occasion. The same spirit, the same attention to detail.
- 4-course menu – €45 (Starter, Main, Dessert; choice from the menu) – Wine pairing (3 x 10cl glasses) – €35

Food and wine pairing: the other experience
At Les Bacchanales, the food and wine pairing is, for many of our guests, an experience just as essential as the menu itself. From the very beginning, the restaurant was conceived as an epicurean space dedicated to the meeting of fine dining and wine.
Jérôme is a passionate scout for uncompromising winemakers, men and women whose philosophy is as distinct and authentic as his own. The wine list, which is gaining a strong reputation, is highly eclectic and constantly evolving. It highlights wines that are primarily organic, or even biodynamic, carefully selected based on grape variety, terroir, and the person who crafted them. It currently features around 300 wines from across France, along with a selection of Italian and Austrian bottles.
The suggested wine pairing goes beyond simply providing the perfect accompaniment to the dish; it highlights wines that are somewhat forgotten, rare, or unusual. Five 8cl glasses accompany the seven-course menu, while three 10cl glasses are served with the other options. Trust us to guide you toward new discoveries and the pleasure of stepping off the beaten path. For those who prefer to make their own choices, nine wines are available by the glass at all times.
